Dead by Daylight's ever-expanding roster of killers welcomes a new addition from the popular anime and manga series, Tokyo Ghoul. In 2025, Ken Kaneki, the iconic ghoul, joins the fray, bringing his unique abilities to the asymmetrical horror game.
Currently undergoing testing, Kaneki's inclusion is generating considerable excitement. His gameplay will feature his signature kagune, not only as a devastating weapon but also as a tool for surprising mobility. Imagine leaps and bounds across the environment as he latches onto surfaces—a thrilling new dimension to the Dead by Daylight experience. This innovative approach faithfully reflects Kaneki's powers, seamlessly integrating him into the game's world.
This collaboration underscores Dead by Daylight's dedication to expanding its universe with beloved characters from diverse franchises. It promises fresh gameplay mechanics and an exciting experience for fans of both Dead by Daylight and Tokyo Ghoul, while remaining true to the source material's essence. The full release is eagerly anticipated.
