"Kingsroad Unveils Three New Classes in Latest Video"

Netmarble has unveiled an exciting new trailer for their upcoming RPG, Game of Thrones: Kingsroad, offering fans a closer look at the three distinct classes that players can choose from. As the launch approaches, the anticipation builds for this action-adventure RPG set in the brutal world of Westeros.

What Are the Three New Classes Shown in the Game of Thrones: Kingsroad Video?

The trailer introduces three playable classes, each drawing inspiration from the iconic warriors of the Game of Thrones universe: the Knight, the Sellsword, and the Assassin. Each class brings a unique combat style to the game, enriching the player's experience.

The Knight class exemplifies refined swordplay, slicing through enemies with precision and grace. In contrast, the Sellsword class wields massive two-handed axes, relying on sheer brute force to dominate the battlefield. Meanwhile, the Assassin class embodies the deadly finesse of the Faceless Men, striking swiftly and disappearing just as quickly, adding a layer of stealth and strategy to the combat.

When Is the Game Launching?

Game of Thrones: Kingsroad is slated for release in June 2025, available on both PC and mobile platforms. The game introduces a fresh storyline where players assume the role of an unexpected heir to House Tyre, a minor noble house in the North, amidst the escalating tensions of impending war.

Set during the final stages of the war for the Iron Throne, the narrative unfolds as Stannis Baratheon makes his last desperate bid for power, the North grapples with the aftermath of the Red Wedding, and the Great Houses maneuver for their next strategic moves.

Netmarble offered a playable demo during the Steam Next Fest, which ran from February 24th to March 3rd, allowing eager fans to experience the game firsthand. While a specific release date within June 2025 has yet to be confirmed, more details are expected soon. Keep an eye on the official site for the latest updates.
