### Lenovo Legion 5i Intel Core i7-14650HX RTX 4070 Gaming Laptop (32GB/512GB)
1$1,499.99 save 20%$1,201.12 at AmazonThe Lenovo Legion 5i gaming laptop boasts a 16" 2560x1600 QHD+ IPS display, an Intel Core i7-14650HX processor, a GeForce RTX 4070 GPU, 32GB of DDR5 RAM, and a 512GB SSD. The Intel Core i7-14650HX, a 14th gen CPU, reaches a max turbo frequency of 5.2GHz with 16 cores, 24 threads, and a 30MB cache. This processor excels not only in multi-purpose tasks but also outperforms the newer Intel Core Ultra 7 in gaming scenarios.
The RTX 4070 mobile GPU, with its 140W TGP (including Dynamic Boost), is robust enough to handle games smoothly at the native 2560x1600 or QHD+ resolution. It holds up well against the newer Blackwell cards, such as the RTX 5070 Ti, which only offers a marginal 10%-15% performance increase despite its much higher cost.
Currently, we're in a transitional period where deals on RTX 40 series laptops are less frequent, while RTX 50 series laptops remain too new and expensive. Coupled with global tariff issues, securing a "good" laptop deal has become more challenging than it was even just months ago. This deal, which was already impressive, has now become a standout offer.
