"Locate the Trader in Garbage: Stalker 2 Guide"

Once you leave the Lesser Zone in *Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl*, you'll find yourself entering the Garbage area. This transition marks a significant journey away from your initial base, and it might take a while before you encounter any traders in the Garbage region.

Stalker 2 Garbage Trader Locations

Upon entering the Garbage zone, don't expect your quest marker to guide you directly to the next Stalker hub. You'll need to advance through the main storyline before you can officially visit the Slag Heap. This involves completing the "Answers Come at a Price" quest, which requires you to visit the Detention Center and the Laboratory before meeting with Scar.

Once these tasks are completed, the game will direct you to the Slag Heap. However, you have the option to visit this hub earlier as it's located north of the laboratory. In the *Stalker 2* Garbage area, you'll find two traders. The first, Boozer, runs the bar at the entrance. He offers meals and drinks and is willing to purchase any items you have to sell, making him easy to spot right as you enter.

Another trader, Huron, can be found by heading left from the entrance and then turning right through an open door. Unlike Boozer, Huron specializes in selling weapons and other gear. Additionally, you can store extra items in your stash located in his room. Engaging with Huron can also initiate a side quest.

While not a trader, you'll also come across a Tech in the Slag Heap, located at the back of the left corridor. You'll need to speak with Diode to progress the main quest, so he's impossible to miss.
