In the bustling world of Monster Hunter Wilds, adventure extends beyond epic monster hunts. This guide helps you snag the "A Prize Held High" trophy or achievement. Forget dragons and wyverns; your target is the elusive Curioshell Crab, easily captured with your trusty Capture Net.
While Curioshell Crabs are surprisingly widespread, the Scarlet Forest offers a reliable hunting ground. Head to Area 6: Flowering Rocks pop-up camp (located between Areas 2 and 6). Near the water puddle in this area, you'll find these speedy crustaceans. If you're having trouble spotting them, Alma might offer a clue, mentioning a creature holding something – that's your cue!
Equip your Capture Net, aim for an orange reticle, and capture the crab. Success nets you both the Curioshell Crab and an Ancient Wyvern Coin! Remember, these crabs are quick, so aim ahead of their movement. Area 13 of the Windward Plains and Area 8 of the Scarlet Forest offer alternative hunting spots, though they're not guaranteed spawns.
