Get ready to unleash your inner demon hunter! Netflix is bringing the iconic Devil May Cry franchise to life in an all-new anime series, and a brand-new trailer offers a thrilling first look. Even more exciting? The legendary Kevin Conroy lends his voice to the series posthumously.

Conroy, forever celebrated as the definitive voice of Batman, takes on the role of VP Baines, a new character introduced in this adaptation. His performance, heard in the trailer's opening moments, is a poignant tribute to his incredible talent. This follows his acclaimed posthumous role in Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths: Part 3, released in July 2024. Fans will cherish this final opportunity to experience Conroy's artistry, following his passing in November 2022 at age 66. Joining Conroy in the stellar voice cast are Scout Taylor-Compton as Mary, Hoon Lee as White Rabbit, Chris Coppola as Enzo, and Johnny Yong Bosch as the iconic Dante.

Adi Shankar, known for his work on films like Dredd and Killing Them Softly, serves as showrunner. He's also attached to an Assassin's Creed adaptation, though its future remains uncertain. The animation will be handled by Studio Mir, the acclaimed South Korean studio behind The Legend of Korra and X-Men '97.

Prepare for demonic action when Devil May Cry premieres on Netflix April 3, 2025.
