"A Perfect Day: Relive 1999 in New Time-Loop Puzzle"

Littoral Games has just released a new Android title, *A Perfect Day Pocket – Go back to 1999*, which promises the same cozy vibe as their previous hits, *Growing Up* and *Chinese Parents*. The game's art style mirrors that of *Growing Up*, featuring stunning water-coloured hand-painted visuals that beautifully convey the story.

During its launch week, from February 27th to March 5th, *A Perfect Day – Go back to 1999* is available at a special price of $1.99. After the launch week, the price will increase to $2.99 on Android. If you pre-registered for the game, you can claim a Panda Quake Mini 4WD by visiting Brother Cao at the Youth Palace. Additionally, a limited-time Easter egg, the Old Uniform, can be found in 'My Bedroom' until March 26th.

What’s the Premise of A Perfect Day – Go Back to 1999?

As the title suggests, *A Perfect Day – Go Back to 1999* transports you back to the year 1999, a hallmark of Littoral Games' focus on nostalgic narratives set in the 90s and early 2000s. In this game, you experience a time-loop narrative puzzle, reliving the last day of 1999.

The game features seven time segments, eleven main characters, twenty event cards, and one free DLC. You play as an elementary schoolboy trapped in a time loop reminiscent of *Groundhog Day*. The day you're stuck in is December 31st, 1999, and your goal is to uncover secrets about your classmates, friends, and family while helping them achieve their 'perfect day.'

Repeat, Revisit, and Rewrite

*A Perfect Day – Go Back to 1999* delves into themes of memories, regrets, and choices. You can revisit childhood friendships, explore the lives of young parents, and make decisions that influence the story's direction. The narrative is structured to allow for different outcomes as you repeat the same day.

The game also includes several mini-games that capture the essence of 90s gaming, such as a Mini 4WD race, a Gamicom console, and an arcade. With its interactive storytelling and nostalgic visuals, *A Perfect Day – Go Back to 1999* is definitely worth exploring.

You can find *A Perfect Day Pocket – Go back to 1999* on the Google Play Store. For a glimpse of what the game looks like, check out the trailer below.
