Pixel Starships 2 Android Pre-Registration, Demo at Steam Next Fest

Pixel Starships 2 is coming to Android. The next installment in Savy Soda’s acclaimed starship strategy series is scheduled to launch in early access this Fall on mobile and PC. Pre-registration is already open on Android for this highly anticipated sequel to the 2016 original.

What's New in This Release?

Pixel Starships 2 unfolds in a galaxy teeming with intricate factions and constantly shifting alliances. A major new addition is the single-player campaign, where your choices create ripple effects across multiple star systems, reshaping both the narrative and the balance of political power.

In this new game, your responsibilities go far beyond starship construction. You'll engage in complex intergalactic diplomacy, carefully manage your crew's morale and skills, and command your fleet in intense real-time combat.

Ship design returns with an expanded arsenal, increased construction limits, and more detailed customization options. You can fine-tune every installed module and train each crew member for peak performance, with every decision directly impacting your vessel's combat effectiveness.

Visually, Pixel Starships 2 features a modernized game engine that delivers sharper 3D ship models while preserving the series' signature pixel-art style. Character expressions and animations are now more lifelike, and the redesigned cross-section view provides a more tactile, immersive experience.

Pixel Starships 2 Android Pre-Registration is Live, Plus Steam Next Fest Details

You can preview the game during Steam Next Fest beginning June 9th, where a special demo version will be available. This demo offers a first look at the refined combat system and campaign structure.

While awaiting the Android release, you can pre-register for Pixel Starships 2 through the Google Play Store.
