PUBG Mobile is set to team up with another major musical group as it has announced an exciting crossover with the K-pop girl group Babymonster. The event, launching today, also marks the celebration of PUBG Mobile's seventh anniversary, with Babymonster acting as the official anniversary ambassador from now until May 6th.
K-pop enthusiasts will recognize Babymonster as the unofficial successors to the renowned girl group Blackpink. As YG Entertainment's latest act, they've been steadily climbing the charts, challenging the legacy of their predecessors. Now, Babymonster is set to make their mark on the digital battleground of PUBG Mobile, where players can enjoy their hit tracks while fighting for supremacy.
This collaboration introduces a variety of new content, including Babymonster-themed photozones inspired by the group's unique aesthetic. Players can also enjoy new emotes like the iconic Drip dance, along with other exclusive in-game features. One such feature is the video buses, allowing players to watch exclusive Babymonster videos and earn exciting rewards.
Babymonster's predecessors, Blackpink, also made a notable appearance in PUBG Mobile, introducing themed cosmetics and more. Their collaboration even included PUBG Mobile's first-ever in-game concert headlined by Blackpink, featuring a range of cosmetics and additional features.
It's no surprise that YG Entertainment's next move is to bring their newest sensation, Babymonster, into the global spotlight via PUBG Mobile.
