Claiming your bonus items is straightforward. After completing the brief tutorial and reaching your base camp, explore the facilities. Locate the Support Desk Palico NPC, Conut, and interact.
A menu will appear. Select "Claim Content." The game will verify your eligible bonuses, allowing you to claim each item individually.
