In a recent interview with The Direct, Yuri Lowenthal, the voice actor behind Peter Parker in the Marvel's Spider-Man series, provided some exciting insights into the future of the franchise. Despite the ambiguous ending of Marvel's Spider-Man 2, Lowenthal confirmed that fans can expect Peter Parker to continue his role as Spider-Man in the highly anticipated, though not yet officially announced, Marvel's Spider-Man 3.
"There are very few things that I can say about this game, but you have somehow landed on the one thing that I can answer, and that's that, yes, Peter is not gone,” Lowenthal stated. “He will be a part of the next game and he won't be relegated to the couch, I promise."
This revelation is sure to excite fans who were left wondering about Peter's future after the conclusion of the second game. Lowenthal's assurance that Peter will remain an active character suggests that the narrative will continue to explore his journey as Spider-Man, keeping him at the forefront of the action.
