It's worth noting, as VGC points out, that past Nintendo controllers with similar limitations have often been adaptable by players for broader use. Interestingly, this disclaimer isn't present in the Nintendo of America version of the trailer. For those less interested in the new controller, there's good news: the existing GameCube Controller adapter from the Wii U era will be compatible with the Switch 2 via its USB port, offering continued utility for long-time fans.
