Oratores is a significant main quest in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*, and it's quite an extensive one. After your conversations with Rosa and Zizka, you'll need to enlist Vavak's help for the theft. Once that's done, your next task is to retrieve the Royal Treasury Key to move forward in the quest.
To find the key, head to the outhouse located in the backyard right outside Vavak's house. I've included a map screenshot below to help you pinpoint the exact location.
Once inside the outhouse, examine the toilet bowl. You'll see an 'Investigate' prompt on your screen. Interact with it, and Henry will retrieve the Key from the bowl. Be aware that this action will make Henry dirty, so it's wise to clean up at a nearby trough before continuing. Failing to do so might hinder your interactions with other NPCs and affect your success in dialogue checks.
With the Royal Treasury Key in hand, you can proceed by speaking to Zizka and Rosa again. Then, you'll need to explore the underground passages with Samuel. Keep in mind, there's still a considerable journey ahead in this quest, so prepare for a long adventure.
