Victoria Hand's Mechanics
Victoria Hand is a 2-cost, 3-power card with the ongoing ability: “Your cards created in your hand have +2 Power.” This straightforward effect acts as a Cerebro for hand-generated cards, but crucially does not affect cards generated directly within your deck (rendering it ineffective with cards like Arishem). Optimal synergies exist with cards such as Maria Hill, Sentinel, Agent Coulson, and Iron Patriot. Early game strategies should account for Rogues and Enchantresses, which can disrupt her effect; her 2-cost nature allows for later deployment.
