Cyberpunk 2077: A Retro Movie Concept Takes Shape
Creating concepts is now easier than ever thanks to advancements in technology. A recent example showcases a fascinating retro-styled movie adaptation concept for Cyberpunk 2077.
Tech enthusiasts are constantly pushing creative boundaries, and this time, Cyberpunk 2077 is the focus. YouTube channel Sora AI has released a concept trailer, reimagining the game's characters and atmosphere in a style reminiscent of 1980s action films.
The concept art features both main characters and those from the Phantom Liberty expansion, showcasing a recognizable yet significantly altered visual style.
DLSS 4 technology, specifically its new Vision Transformer model, plays a crucial role. The improved super-resolution and ray reconstruction capabilities significantly enhance image quality. The generation of multiple intermediate frames further boosts performance.
Testing DLSS 4 on an RTX 5080 with the updated Cyberpunk 2077 game and path tracing enabled yielded impressive results: over 120 frames per second at 4K resolution. This demonstrates the significant performance gains offered by the latest DLSS technology.
