Wuthering Waves Unveils Phoebe and Brant as Next 5-Star Rinascita Characters

Version 2.1 of Wuthering Waves will introduce Phoebe and Brant as the next playable 5-Star Rinascita characters. This follows the recent 2.0 update, which included Carlotta and Roccia, and paves the way for future additions, including Zani.

The highly anticipated 2.0 update delivered new story content, explorable areas, and the introduction of the Rinascita system. Carlotta, a 5-Star Glacio DPS using Pistols, proved a popular addition. Her banner, alongside Zhezhi's, runs until January 23rd, followed by Roccia's Havoc unit banner. While 2.0 is still ongoing, excitement is building for 2.1, fueled by the reveal of Phoebe and Brant.

Kuro Games, via official Wuthering Waves social media, confirmed Phoebe and Brant's arrival. Based on marketing, Phoebe’s banner is anticipated in Phase 1 of Version 2.1, with Brant's in Phase 2. While their weapon types and elements remain unconfirmed, in-game appearances and story interactions suggest Phoebe is a Spectro unit and Brant wields a sword. Their introduction leaves Zani as the only remaining unannounced Rinascita character. Additional characters are rumored for the 2.0 cycle, awaiting official confirmation.

Phoebe and Brant: A Closer Look

• Phoebe: A 5-Star character, likely a Spectro unit. Lore depicts her as a devoted Acolyte of the Order of the Deep within Rinascita, serving the Imperator. Beneath her serene exterior lies a joyful personality.

• Brant: A 5-Star character, potentially a sword wielder. Captain of the Fool's Troupe (a Carnevale show including Roccia), he maintains a carefree façade while prioritizing his troupe's safety.

Both characters are poised to play crucial roles in future updates.

Wuthering Waves Version 2.0 is slated to conclude around mid-February. Beyond the new characters, this update included a premium skin for Jinhsi and a free Sanhua skin obtainable through an upcoming event starting January 23rd.
