Xbox Games Series Tier List

Microsoft's Xbox Developer Direct has ignited excitement for the future of Xbox gaming. But which Xbox game franchises truly resonate with players? This tier list considers series from Xbox, Bethesda, and Activision Blizzard (requiring multiple entries – sorry, Indiana Jones!). It's not exhaustive, but focuses on current and historically significant titles.

Here's one perspective:

Doom easily earns an S-tier ranking. Recent entries are phenomenal first-person shooters, and Doom: The Dark Ages promises more of the same. Forza Horizon also secures an S-tier spot; arguably the best racing games ever created (rivaled only by Burnout 3 and Burnout Revenge). Halo's placement in A-tier might be controversial. While Halo 2 and 3 boast incredible campaigns, recent inconsistencies prevent a higher ranking. Personally, I'm a Fallout fan over Elder Scrolls – power armor over dragons any day!
