The developers of It Takes Two have released a gameplay trailer for Split Fiction's co-op adventure

Hazelight Studios has once again raised the bar with their latest two-player cooperative adventure, promising an experience that surpasses their previous efforts. The developers have teased breathtaking locations, a rich narrative, and a plethora of tasks designed to deeply immerse players in the game. With Split Fiction, players are set to embark on an unforgettable journey.

Beyond the main campaign, the game offers side stories packed with surprises. These additional quests not only introduce new areas to explore but also feature unique activities, encouraging players to delve deeper into the world of Split Fiction. The anticipation surrounding this project has already labeled it as one of the most eagerly awaited co-op games of the year.

Three years following the launch of It Takes Two, Hazelight Studios rolled out a major update for their cooperative adventure in May. The full scope of these updates was shared on Steam, showcasing the studio's commitment to enhancing the gaming experience for their core audience. A notable shift is the game's independence from the EA launcher, now fully compatible with the Steam Deck.

Players can now easily invite their Steam friends to join the adventure, and Steam Family Sharing is fully supported. While an EA account is still required for connecting to EA servers, it's no longer necessary for local play through Steam Remote Play, making the game more accessible to a broader audience.
