After the defeat of New Guy in Town, the streets of Old Detroit are still plagued by crime. However, a beacon of hope shines through with OCP's latest initiative—the OmniTower. This towering residential complex is designed to enhance the quality of life for the city's residents.

The plot thickens when a group of highly skilled mercenaries, equipped with advanced technology, seizes control of the OmniTower, transforming it into an impregnable fortress. Their sinister aim is to disrupt public order and plunge the city into chaos. Only RoboCop stands between them and their nefarious plans. Players will step into the boots of this iconic half-man, half-machine police officer to infiltrate the OmniTower, thwart the mercenaries' scheme, and restore peace to Old Detroit.

In "Unfinished Business," gamers will once again take control of RoboCop, navigating through a series of new missions that include a thrilling assault on the OmniTower.
