Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility

The mission begins with Case and Marshall inside a Kentucky BioTech facility, navigating a toxic environment. An elevator malfunction leads to a fall and a gas mask breach, triggering hallucinations. After the cutscene, locate a locked red-lit door. Use a hatchet found on a mannequin to break it open. Proceed through the hallway, ascend the stairs, and find the central elevator.

Accessing the Biotechnology Room

Activating the elevator unleashes hallucinatory zombie mannequins. Eliminate them with the hatchet. A phone call at the circular desk directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). You'll receive a map to the Yellow card.

Securing the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook

From the security console, follow the map to a yellow staircase. Solve the computer puzzle ("Access" and "Lift") in the Director's office to access the A.C.R. room. More zombies appear; eliminate them.

A mannequin holding the Yellow card transforms into an abomination. Before engaging, gather armor, weapons, and the crucial grappling hook from the surrounding area. Use explosives (C4 or grenades) to efficiently eliminate the abomination and its zombie horde. Retrieve the Yellow card.

Obtaining the Green Card

Use the grappling hook to reach higher ledges and return to the main facility. Locate the Administration Facility (grapple from the security desk). Answer the phone and locate four documents to place in the file display area. Mannequins will pursue; maintain distance by sprinting. Document locations: desk corner, left side near a round table, center table, and cafe near a sink. Defeat the resulting Mangler zombie to obtain the Green card.

Acquiring the Blue Card

Grapple across to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone, locate the glass chamber, and eliminate the Mimic to obtain the Blue card. The Mimic is elusive; shoot moving objects to trigger its transformation.

Retrieving the Red Card

Follow the red carpets in the East Wing to a room with water, a console, and a Mangler. Interact with the console to reveal the Red card. Use the grappling hook to reach the upper area, swim through the red tunnel, and climb the ladders. Eliminate zombies and unlock the door using the blacklight code. Drain the water within 25 seconds by activating three switches (one in the initial room, one in the unlocked room, and one accessible via the grappling hook). Defeat the Mangler and its horde to get the Red card.

Confronting the Disciple

Insert all four cards into the security desk. Ride the elevator, fight off zombies, and answer the red phone. Eliminate the zombies and the Disciple in the BioTech room. The subsequent cinematic reveals the entire sequence was a hallucination.
