Elon Musk approves: Path of Exile 2 has received a major update and a handy name change feature

Path of Exile 2's latest update, 0.1.1c, addresses several key issues and introduces improvements. The Grinding Gear Games team detailed the fixes and additions implemented.

Notable changes include:

• Character Transfer Fix: Resolved a bug preventing access to the Cartwalker Machine after transferring characters from solo league.
• Local Co-op Fixes: Addressed multiple bugs in local co-op, preventing Player 2 from accessing Player 1's UI elements (like high-level maps) and improving movement between control points.
• Increased Revival Attempts: Up to five revival attempts have been added to the Distorted Possessions area, the Olroth encounter, and the Essence of Nonexistence realm, depending on difficulty. Dying before defeating the Host in The Mists now restarts the boss fight in the arena.
• Character Renaming: Players can now rename their characters via the official website.
