A statement from Legendary's chairman of worldwide production emphasizes their commitment to carefully developing this beloved intellectual property.
The relationship between this new initiative and the previously announced Netflix animated Magic: The Gathering series remains unclear. The report suggests they may be separate projects, but the possibility of the animated series integrating into the larger shared universe also exists.
