Scopely has revolutionized the gameplay of Monopoly GO with the introduction of the Swap Pack, a new type of sticker pack that allows players to trade out unwanted stickers for ones they need before adding them to their collection.

Stickers play a pivotal role in Monopoly GO, enabling players to unlock exciting rewards such as free dice rolls, cash, shields, emojis, and board tokens. The game features monthly or bi-monthly sticker albums with numerous sticker sets for enthusiasts to complete. In this comprehensive guide, we'll delve into the intricacies of the Swap Pack and its mechanics, ensuring you're well-equipped to enhance your collection.

What is a Swap Pack in Monopoly GO

As previously mentioned, the Swap Pack is a fresh addition to Monopoly GO's sticker packs. Prior to its introduction, players could only collect five types of sticker packs based on their rarity: green (1-star), yellow (2-star), pink (3-star), blue (4-star), and purple (5-star).

The game also offers the Wild Sticker, an invaluable asset that allows players to claim any missing sticker from their collection, facilitating the completion of sticker sets. The Swap Pack further enhances player control over their collections.

With traditional sticker packs, players were often stuck with whatever stickers they received. The Swap Pack, however, revolutionizes this by allowing players to redraw their stickers. This means you can swap out unwanted stickers before they're added to your sets. Moreover, the Swap Pack exclusively includes three-star, four-star, and five-star stickers, ensuring you receive rare rewards.

How Do Swap Packs Work In Monopoly GO

To acquire a Swap Pack, players must first earn it, often as grand rewards in minigames like the Harvest Racers event.

Upon opening a Swap Pack, players receive a mix of stickers but aren't required to accept them immediately. The game presents a selection of random stickers that can be swapped for those initially received in the pack.

Players have the flexibility to swap any sticker, though limited to three swaps per pack. Importantly, swapping a duplicate gold sticker doesn't guarantee another gold one. Once satisfied with the selected stickers, players must press the 'Collect' button to finalize and add them to their collection.
