How to Get the Ingenuity Utility Belt

The Ingenuity Utility Belt is a unique drop from the King in the Mists, a challenging endgame Ritual Boss. To fight him, you need the "An Audience With the King" item, used at the Realmgate on the Atlas. Defeating the King in the Mists grants a chance to receive the belt, but it's not guaranteed. The drop rate is approximately one in five attempts. Other potential drops from this boss include:

• The Burden of Shadows Chiming Staff
• Beetlebite
• From Nothing
• Pragmatism
• Ingenuity

The difficulty of the King in the Mists increases with higher tiers, impacting both the boss's power and the drop chance. His attacks are similar to the Act 1 King in the Mists, providing a helpful reference.

Alternatively, purchasing the belt from the PoE 2 trade site is a more reliable (but expensive) option, costing approximately 15-50 Divine Orbs depending on the item's modifiers.

How to Get "An Audience With the King"

This item can be obtained through:

• Trade Site/Currency Exchange: Expect to pay around 4-7 Divine Orbs.
• Ritual Maps: It has a low chance of appearing as a Ritual favor. These favors are expensive (2700-3900 Tribute). If unaffordable, use the "Defer" option to obtain it at a lower cost in a future Ritual (typically within 1-4 maps).

If you obtain "An Audience With the King" but aren't ready for the fight, you can sell it or seek a carry for a fee (1-2 Divine Orbs).

Can You Use Orb of Chance?

No. The Ingenuity Utility Belt cannot be obtained using Orbs of Chance. It's an exclusive boss drop and cannot be acquired through other means besides defeating the King in the Mists or trading.
