If you're eager to showcase your tennis prowess in the virtual arena, Tennis Clash, the popular esports game by Wildlife Studios, offers the perfect stage. Tennis Clash is set to host the 2025 edition of the Roland-Garros eSeries by Renault, organized by the French Tennis Federation (FFT). Players from around the globe can vie for a spot in the Final Stage, which will take place in Paris on May 24th at the Roland-Garros Tenniseum auditorium. The journey to the finals involves three qualifying stages held in March and April.
Supported by partners Renault and Mastercard, the tournament promises an immersive experience. Internationally acclaimed French referee Aurélie Tourte will voice all in-game announcements, enhancing the authenticity of the event. Loading screens will feature the special Renault 5 Roland-Garros Series, adding to the excitement.
The Final Stage introduces a thrilling team-based format, with each team led by a French tennis legend as captain. These teams will battle it out, and fans can watch the action unfold live or via a Twitch livestream. The €5,000 prize pool will be divided between the winner and the runner-up, making the stakes higher than ever.
Gilles Simon, a longtime commentator and now a team captain, expressed his enthusiasm about the new format: "Being part of this Final Stage - whether as a consultant, player, or now as a team captain - is always a huge honor for me. I am very excited about this new competition format and determined to prove to the other captain that my years of experience in the game will give my team a real advantage."
