The core concept, centered around knights, evolved into the iconic King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table.
The game unfolds in a post-apocalyptic London, devastated by an Outworld invasion, with Gwendolyn, the sole human survivor, at its heart. This modern-day setting seamlessly integrates fantasy elements inspired by Arthurian myths.
Tides of Annihilation's combat system draws clear inspiration from Devil May Cry, offering a blend of accessibility and depth. Players can choose from four weapons and over ten Knights as allies, customizing their combat style. Gwendolyn's ability to command the Knights of the Round Table adds a unique strategic layer to the gameplay. The game boasts over 30 bosses, each with unique challenges, promising intense and rewarding battles.
Eclipse Glow Games hinted at the possibility of expanding the franchise into an anthology, featuring diverse settings, mythologies, and protagonists.
