This prologue, originally intended for Pathologic 2, stars the Bachelor, a brilliant scientist who abandons his city lab to combat a devastating plague in a remote town. The trailer highlights familiar locations alongside fresh gameplay mechanics focused on disease management. Players will navigate the town, engage with its inhabitants, solve puzzles, and confront challenging moral dilemmas.
In Pathologic 3: Quarantine, players assume the role of Daniil Dankovsky, a gifted young doctor, tasked with uncovering the truth behind accusations leveled against him. The Bachelor's journey presents a unique opportunity: can he alter his past decisions and rewrite his fate?
