By simply logging into the application, you gain instant access to crucial information about your student. Not only can you check on their progress, but you can also easily schedule appointments with their teachers by sending a message directly through the app. Furthermore, you can access detailed information, such as the nutritional status menu, ensuring you stay well-informed about your child's well-being.

1. I cannot log into the application; it gives an error or throws me out. What could be the reason?

There are several potential reasons for this issue. First, ensure you have a stable internet connection and that you are using the latest version of the app. Common problems include:

• Your interactive user and your VUU user do not match. This usually results in the application failing to log you in.
• You have a VIU user, but it has not been activated or lacks the necessary permissions. This often leads to a blank page within the app.
• Your session has been terminated. User sessions are periodically ended for security reasons. To resolve this, tap the authority button at the top right to log out and then log back in.

2. How can I reset my password?

Our system is integrated with Interaktif, allowing you to reset your password directly through the Interactive platform.

3. I'm not receiving notifications. What should I do?

Make sure you've granted the app permission to send notifications. Check this under Settings > Applications > Parent Communication Triangle. If the problem persists, try logging out and then logging back in to refresh your settings.

4. Why do I receive updates so frequently?

We are continuously working to enhance the application. Beyond improving the parent-teacher relationship, the app manages various levels of authority and user permissions. Therefore, updates are often released to address specific stages or to improve performance.
